The Registered Office

All UK registered companies must have a registered office address, which is a real address, which is a physical location in the UK. It is the address of a company to which Companies House letters and reminders and other official documents, such as forms from HMRC will be sent. For our small annual fee of £50.00 + vat per year we will receive and forward to you all Companies House and HMRC documentation.

Directors’ Service Address Facilities

A service address is defined under s1141 as ‘an address at which documents maybe effectively served upon that person’. As with the registered office service above, for our small annual fee of £40.00 + vat per year we will receive and forward to you all Companies House officer documentation.

Mail Forwarding Address Facilities

For those who want a more complete service, our Mail Forwarding facility for all your business mail, would be a perfect solution for small businesses.  Your mail will be handled by our trained Admin staff and forward to you promptly & efficiently.  You could order this service while ordering your company registration online. The annual fee is just £50.00 + vat with postage and handling charged for as little as 85 pence +vat per item.

VAT Registration 

Value Added Tax (VAT) is a tax that’s charged on most goods and services that VAT-registered businesses provide in the UK. VAT-registered businesses add VAT to the sale price of most goods and services they provide. You cannot charge VAT on sales or claim VAT on expenses unless your company is registered for VAT. For just £35.00 + vat we will complete and file your vat application direct to HMRC on your company’s behalf.

Dormant Company Maintenance
